Terms & Conditions

By enrolling you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as set out in this Workshop. Please take time to read them carefully.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

· A non-refundable administrative fee of $50.00/child is required to secure your child/rens place at our Workshop.

· If booking your child/ren 14 days prior to the commencement of a Workshop, fees are to be paid in full. 

· We do not refund/credit/transfer any money paid on change of mind situations.

· Artz on Show will transfer a child/ren once only from a Workshop to a future Workshop.

· The early-bird 10% discount is only applicable to students attending a full week Workshop, this includes any Workshop which is shorter in length due to public holidays.

· No transfer of payment from one sibling to another sibling is accepted seven days before the commencement of a Workshop.

· Artz on Show (AOS) reserves the right to terminate or cancel this agreement and remove a child from the Workshop for any reason. If at any time it believes that any child or parent or guardian of that child behaves in a manner that, in its sole discretion, AOS believes is inappropriate, disruptive or intimidating in any manner. AOS need give no reasons for any such termination and will not refund Workshop fees.

Cancellation of Booking

· Cancellation before seven days of a Workshop is subject to a refund less the administrative $50.00 fee.

· Cancellation before seven days of a Workshop is subject to a transfer, however the administrative fee of $50.00 is non-transferrable, only the balance of any payment.

Cancellation of Booking due to Sickness

· If a child is sick and we have seven days’ notice we will transfer your payment to the following Workshop, however the administrative fee of $50.00 is non-refundable, only the balance of any payment.

· If a child is sick and we are notified in writing up until midnight the night before the Workshop, we will transfer any payment, excluding the non-refundable administrative fee amount.

· If a child is sick and we are informed on the day of the Workshop or throughout the week of the Workshop, no refund or transfer is given.

· If a child is sick and only attends part of a week no refund/credit/transfer of balance is given on the days not attending.

Cancellation of Workshops

· We reserve the right to cancel or postpone Workshops. 

· If in the event of the COVID-19 pandemic or similar we will automatically transfer your child/rens enrolment to the following school holiday Workshop. 

Children's Welfare

The safety, wellbeing and happiness of children at Workshops is a matter of great importance to us. In the event of illness or injury, tutors are instructed to err on the side of caution, contacting appropriate medical help and parents promptly. Tutor-pupil ratios are set to ensure adequate supervision. Workshop rules are spelt out fully for all participants at the start of the Workshop. AOS, sets all Workshop rules accordingly to its own decision process. By signing this agreement, you accept that no correspondence or discussion as to how the AOS Workshops are run will be entered into. Please ensure your child/ren are dressed appropriately for movement and painting and that they have a drink for all Workshops. Unless stated, all day Workshops require children to bring their lunch. Please note, you must be on time to pick up your child/ren as our responsibility ends at the completion of the Workshop, 4pm. A late pick-up fee of $20/ child applies after 4.15pm.

Limit of Liability

AOS is committed to providing a safe Workshop and environment while all care will be taken during Workshops; there is an element of risk involved with some activities. By participating in any of the activities provided by AOS you are expressly assuming those risks personally. AOS staff and providers cannot be held responsible for personal injury, loss or damage to belongings. Group photographs may be used on the AOS website or for promotion with media.
